Yoga for Anxiety

Yoga and meditation can be powerful tools for helping to manage
anxiety and stress. Learn simple postures to help relieve the tension
that accumulates in your body, as well as breathing and meditation
techniques to help soothe your nervous system. Bring a notebook so
you can record the practices. All levels, including new students are
welcome.
