Class Levels
Absolute Beginners: For people who have
never practiced or practiced very little and would like
to start at the beginning.
All Levels: These classes are designed to accomodate
different levels of practitioners, but generally they’re
for people who have been practicing for awhile and are not
meant for people who are absolute beginners or for people
with injuries or other physical issues.
Beginner/Intermediate: For students that have been
practicing at a beginner level for awhile and would like
to move on.
Intermediate: For students who are ready to move
beyond beginner level.
Gentle or Restorative: These classes are for just
about everybody – beginners, or people who have been
practicing awhile, but feel like doing a gentle class. These
classes are also for people who are recovering from illness
or injury, but are not meant for people who are experiencing
acute pain.
